Primary Seal Window and Doors is committed to complete customer satisfaction. All Primary Seal windows and doors are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship by one of the best warranties in the industry. We offer a 15 years warranty on workmanship 20 years warranty on sealed glazing units and a lifetime warranty on windows.

 

Window Systems

All of our vinyl window frame components are warranted against chipping, cracking, peeling and blistering. A Lifetime Warranty covers our ENERGY STAR™ qualified Window Systems.

Steel Doors

Our steel door slab warranties are superior to any other residential door. The finish on our steel entry doors is warranted against peeling, blistering, flaking and splitting. High-quality component parts add to the durability of our entry systems.

Insulated Glass

The warranty on insulated glass is for 20 years. It covers seal failure causing impaired vision due to moisture, film or dust between the glasses. This warranty does not include scratches, cracked or broken glass or damage caused by improper maintenance, handling, misuse, heat build-up or the application of after manufacture film on glass.
* Condensation on windows, which may occur as the natural result of inside temperatures, does not indicate a manufacturing defect and would not be included in this limited warranty.

Workmanship

15 year warrantee on workmanship, providing the installation is done by a Primary Seal licensed installer.

Transferable Warranty

Primary Seal lifetime warranty is transferable by the original property owner to one subsequent owner provided Primary Seal receives notice of transfer of title of the registered property within (30) days after the date of transfer of ownership, and provided such notice is accompanied by a copy of this warranty and a certified cheque in the amount of $100.
